I’ve noticed that my car a crv brand new, that whenever my aircon compressor runs the headlight will make dim, kind of blink, lately I have installed a brand new pair of horns. Now whenever I push the horns the lights will dim which is very noticeabl, not unlike before u can hardly noticed it.

Dear Stan,
There is a big probability that the system is shorted. Get a reputable electrician to fix it. Better yet, bring it back to the casa, you might get burned.
