Good evening. Can you comment on oil additives such as X1-R and Omega. Do they do the things they claim (increased horsepower, lower fuel consumption, decreased engine wear and tear, etc)? Also, do you know the best exhaust modification for an opel manta with 2.0L engine, desired effect is increased power with minimal increase in noise and fuel consumption. Thanks a lot and more power!

As the car manufacturers and oil makers do not recommend additives, I have to second their motion as your oil already contains additives. Adding an alien substance to your oil might cause an undersirable chemical reaction which might end up damaging your engine. If they really do reduce fuel consumption at the same time increasing horsepower, then everyone should be using it by now.
As for your exhaust system, have a qualified engineer design an exhaust system for you. I cannot recommend anything as I do not know anything about the current setup of your engine.
