2015 Toyota Prius C

updated: June 03, 2017 10:12 | launched: 17-07-22 06:43:42

The Prius C is Toyota's entry-level hybrid for the Philippine market. It comes with a smaller 1.5 liter four cylinder engine and paired with Toyota's Hybrid Synergy drive. The Prius C is also smaller than the Prius and Yaris. There are two variants for the Prius C, Standard and Full Option, with the latter getting power foldin side mirrors and leather seats as standard.

I'll admit, I had a rather indifferent view of hybrids before, but actually getting to drive one for a week changed my opinion. It's a great alternative when buying city cars as its hybrid system meant less trips to gas stations. Also, the Prius C's (C for City) compact size makes it ideal for the demands of urbanites.
