The 2nd Adrenalin Rush fused the festive Sinulog celebration of Cebu and fast cars together under one festive event at the South Reclamation Project (SRP) in Cebu.
The Adrenalin Rush Drag Race was held last November 8, 2003 at the South Reclamation Road in Cebu City.
