Honda ARX-04b will compete in the Unlimited class
Aside from the CR-Z, Honda will be entering the ARX-04b LMP2 coupe at the 2015 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.
This ARX-04b LMP2 coupe will be driven by Verizon IndyCar Series race winner and former Formula One driver Justin Wilson.
According to Honda, the ARX-04b will be the first full-carbon monocoque vehicle to be sanctioned for Pikes Peak International Hill Climb entry. The Honda powered LMP2 coupe will compete in this year's Unlimited class.
Powering the ARX-04b is a 3.5-liter V6 twin-turbocharged engine. The Japanese automaker adds that the ARX-04b was developed through a joint effort between Honda Performance Development (HPD) and Wirth Research.
