thanks guys. i like how old things look and how newer things work Smiley
this is how i like to "restore" old school rides.

its a fun car to drive -  300+ lb ft @ the wheels torque gets you to the next stoplight very fast.

hmmm.... i know family members will kill me but i plan to do another old school project.
probably an old datsun 180B with a newer nissan turbo engine. lets see.

thanks john5 Smiley

a stock early 90's galant gti (with the stock non turbo 4G63 DOHC) in good shape could go as much as php. 200,000.00 (without the rear wiper, sunroof).

i heard from friends that the demand for this car went up again and its very hard to get a decent one or someone willing to sell their galant gti.

its an iconic car and you could read good reviews about the galant gti and its sportier brother, the 6g vr-4 in the net.
this car, as you know, is in gran turismo 4 along with the boxtype lancer ex turbo.

i used to have a '96 galant vr v6 complete diamond edition jdm look. but i just find this car a keeper.
