The ASEAN region's largest and most influential motor show is set to open its doors to the public from March 27 to April 7 at the IMPACT Exhibition Center in Muang Thong Thani. The 34th Bangkok International Motor Show is co-organized by Grand Prix International (GPI) and the Thai Automobile Industry Association.
Expected debuts at this year's show are: Chevrolet Spin, Ford Ecosport, Honda Accord, Toyota Vios, and a possible appearance of the sedan version of the Mitsubishi Mirage rumored to debut in the Philippines around third quarter of this year.
After years of promoting green technologies, this year's show pays homage to automotive design with the theme 'Street of Automotive Fashion'.
"Automotive design aims to improve the ergonomics and the comfort of humans. Automotive design is fashionable which most people would like to look for. Moreover, the Bangkok International Motor Show aims to be the stage of the fashion industry to reflect the colorful season of the vehicle industry," said Jaturont Komolmis, Senior Vice President of GPI.
