One month after the 2014 New York Auto Show, Dodge revealed the most powerful Challenger ever: the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT with a Hellcat engine that delivers more than 608 metric horsepower.

The automaker says the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT has been re-designed and re-engineered with performance-enhancing technology inside and out, particularly with improvements to maximize aerodynamic performance.

The front fascia of the vehicle has new vertical-split grill taking design cues from the 1971 model. The Dodge Challenger SRT with Hellcat engine has dual air extractors on its aluminum hood to aid cooling and to reduce air turbulence in the engine compartment. It is equipped with a quad projector headlights and a large front splitter for optimal downforce to minimize lift.
