Chevrolet has just released a teaser image of their next-generation Spark scheduled to make its global reveal during the Seoul and New York Auto shows next month.
The all-new Spark according to the brand will bear a new look that can cater to the changing tastes of the supermini segment.
Judging from the image, immediately seen up front are the reshaped headlights and the smaller grill. The front also gets a revised lower grill and round foglamps. From the side it retains its distinct silhouette along with the signature rear door handles.
According to General Motors’ International Vice President of Design Michael Simcoe, the upcoming Spark has matured from its original shape.
"The new Spark’s design has evolved and grown up with the segment. The youthful whimsy of the original Spark is still in its genes, but it is conveyed in more traditional proportions that reinforce the customer’s refined expectations,” said Simcoe.
Expect more details about the 2016 Spark to be revealed by the automaker in the coming weeks.
