The second-generation CLS will be bidding farewell after Mercedes-Benz recently launched the Final Edition of the model. Available for both the four-door coupe and five-door Shooting Brake, the Final Edition gets an AMG Line exterior and interior kit, along with an array of new cabin features and amenities.

Up front, the Final Edition CLS gets a new diamond front grill finished in chrome. It is then accented by an AMG-spec front apron with large air intakes and chrome trimmings. Additional AMG kit can be seen at the side and rear courtesy of the side sill panels and rear apron with chrome fixtures.

Also delivering extra flair for the Final Edition CLS are the 19-inch AMG multi-spoke alloy wheels painted in high-sheen black. Available as an option are the 18-inch AMG five-spoke lightweight alloys. Completing it all is a two-pipe exhaust system polished in stainless steel and a ‘Final Edition’ badging on the wings.

Aboard, the front heated seats are upholstered in black leather with contrast stitching. Exclusive however to the Final Edition CLS is a sports steering wheel with a flattened bottom wrapped in Dinamica microfiber. On the other hand, the paddle shifters are finished in silver chrome. Stainless steel sports pedals with rubber studs complete the interior equipment of the Final Edition CLS.

In terms of amenities, the special models will even come with heat-insulating dark-tinted glass, sliding sunroof and LED headlights with adaptive highbeam assist plus. It also gets a slight boost in handling as Mercedes-Benz fitted the Final Edition CLS with the Direct Control sports suspension system as standard.
