The 14th running of the Manila International Auto Show is all set and will open its doors on April 5 with the theme 'Work and Play'. Just like the past 14 years, it will be held at the World Trade Center Metro Manila and the Philippine Trade Training Center.
With that theme, visitors of this year’s MIAS can expect to find an extensive range of vehicles ranging from practical pickups to potent performance cars. Of course, all eyes will be on the latest releases from all participating automakers. Some of the cars on display will likewise be available for test drives at the Test Drive area which can be found outside the venue’s main hall. For those keen to try out off-roaders, there will also be a 4x4 obstacle course in the venue. Just like last year, there is a truck display for this year's show, set to be located at the north wing side of the show venue.
Some of the new car launches this year include a wide range of all-new and updated Ford vehicles, along with the local introduction of Subaru's EyeSight safety system, which will be made available to 2018 Subaru cars.
Apart from the new cars, classics and customs will join the show once again with over 100 more cars set to join the display. Also not to be missed is the die-cast car display which will line the halls of the motor show. Performance and aftermarket products and services will also be showcased all throughout the four-day event.
As always, precision driver Russ Swift will be back in Manila performing stunts with Subaru cars. The Russ Swift Stunt Show will run for the next four days.
MIAS 2018: Work & Play opens from April 5 up to April 8, from 10:00AM to 10:00PM.
