Its changes may appear aesthetic, but the 2019 Mitsubishi Strada got quite the radical makeover. With its Montero Sport and Xpander-inspired looks, the new Strada is is perhaps one of the boldest-looking pickups out there.
But of course, some folks want a little more flair from their pickup, so Mitsubishi has released an accessories catalog to make the Strada that bit more aggressive. With the new catalog, You can equip the new Strada with a more off-road oriented look from the front, to the rear, and inside too.
The grill loses half its chrome in favor of a gray piece with the name Mitsubishi stamped proudly in the center. Also, the entire front apron of the pickup is altered thanks to its thick, gray-colored bumper garnish while a front under garnish adds a bit of butchness to the pickup. You can even specify a deflector to protect the trailing edges for the hood.
Also optional is the diamond-cut alloy wheel set featuring a two-tone finish and measures 18-inches in diameter. Meanwhile, a side door garnish complements the trim piece at the front. Window deflectors are also optional, as well as carbon fiber-effect foil wrap on the door pillars. Over at the back, one can specify anchor points on the bed for secure cargo loading, while the bed can be optioned with a sports bar to give it a less angular look.
Accessories for the interior meanwhile include a leather-wrapped gear selector knob, and three types of floormats, all of which brandish the Mitsubishi Motors typeface. Also available is a scuff plate to prevent scratches on the door sills.
For now, we'll have to wait a little bit longer for the new Strada to arrive in the Philippines.
