Reservations now open for more stylish Kia Stonic Style Edition
Kia Philippines' most popular model just got a styling upgrade.
Aside from launching the all-new Sorento, Kia Philippines also introduced the Stonic Style Edition. Slotting between the top-of-the-line EX and the mid-range LX A/T, the limited-run Stonic Style Edition features cosmetic upgrades that give the crossover a flashier look.
Unlike the standard model, the Style Edition comes with new front and rear bumper extensions and a pair of side skirts with silver accents. Like the all-new Sorento, the Stonic Style Edition also carries the brand's new logo. As an added touch, this particular model also features blacked-out alloy wheels and a 'Style Edition' badge on the tailgate.
Aside from the dressed-up exterior, the special edition Stonic also comes with projector-type halogen headlights, front and rear skid plates, roof rails, and a rear spoiler.
Features-wise, the Stonic Style Edition comes with an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, a six-speaker sound system, a three-spoke steering wheel with audio controls, remote keyless entry, and a reverse camera.
Under the hood, it's powered by the familiar 1.4-liter four-cylinder MPI engine. It makes 100 PS at 6000 rpm along with 132 Nm of torque at 4000 rpm. The Style Edition is only available with a six-speed automatic transmission with sequential shift.
Reservations for the 2022 Stonic Style Edition are now open. It will be available by the fourth week of November and is priced at PHP 895,000.
