2025 Geely Emgrand revealed with cabin & tech upgrades
Geely updates Emgrand sedan for 2025 model year but will it reach PH?

Remember when Geely posted photos of the refreshed 2025 Emgrand sedan a few weeks ago? While it was hard to see what changes the sedan received, we did notice Geely has yet to post pictures of the Emgrand's updated interior...until now.
This is the 2025 Geely Emgrand, and yes it has received some changes both inside and out. Let's start with the not-so-noticeable updates first. As mentioned before, the exterior of the refreshed Emgrand gets some subtle tweaks.

For starters, it gets a new waterfall-style front grille, L-shaped LED daytime running lights, and slightly revised headlights. The rear, on the other hand, remains relatively the same as there are no apparent changes made to the LED taillights, rear bumper, and trunk lid.

Inside, however, is a different story as Geely was quite busy updating the Emgrand for the 2025 model year. There's a new 10.25-inch fully digital instrument cluster with refreshed graphics and a wide 12.3-inch touchscreen media display that runs on the brand's latest Galaxy infotainment system.

Also worth mentioning is a new 540-degree camera system called “Eye of God”. Available only on high-grade variants, it gives drivers a bird's-eye view of the vehicle as well as a wide view of the car's surroundings. It even has a feature that allows drivers to see the road surface beneath the vehicle.

Other nifty features available in the refreshed Emgrand include a panoramic glass roof, a power-adjustable driver's seat, a smart keyless entry system, a two-tier storage compartment, and a mobile app that will allow drivers to remotely start the Emgrand, lock/unlock the vehicle, and active the climate control system.

Under the hood, the 2025 Emgrand continues to be powered by a 1.5-liter naturally-aspirated four-cylinder engine that makes 127 PS. It is then paired to either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a CVT. In the Philippine-spec Emgrand, the engine has been detuned to produce only 102 PS.
With the 2025 Emgrand now available in the PRC, it might not be long before the refreshed sedan makes its way to the Philippines in the not-so-distant future. The only question now is when will it actually arrive?
