Can't wait to get your hands on the all-new Toyota Supra? With a 3.0-liter turbo inline-six, a sleek and sexy body, plus rear-wheel drive fun, there's plenty to be excited about getting behind the wheel of the A90 Supra.
But what if you wanted your Supra to sound a bit more raspy and aggressive? Akrapovic may have just what you need. While the factory dual exhaust already sounds beautiful, the Slovenian-based exhaust specialist recently revealed a new system for the 2020 Supra.
From the muffler, exhaust valve, and even the tailpipes themselves, the new system is made entirely of titanium according to Akrapovic. The result is a deeper and more prominent exhaust note through the rev band which you can check out on the video.
And for additional eye candy, the inner side of the tailpipes have an all-new relief imprint design that features a violet-blue finish. For those not in the know, this reflects the natural color of titanium after it has been exposed to high temperatures.
When fitted on the all-new Supra, Akrapovic claims that it will deliver additional horsepower and a sportier sound than what the factory system offers.
The company is even offering an optional sound kit which will allow drivers to control the sound of the system from inside the cabin. It can be switched from quiet mode to the standard sporty sound. It works via a system of actuators that can open or close valves which can be controlled by a remote control or a smartphone app.
