All-new Suzuki Celerio spotted on PH roads
It seems Suzuki is gearing up for the launch of the 2022 Celerio

Back in February, the first units of the all-new Suzuki Celerio (unofficially) made their way to the Philippines. Sent to us by an anonymous source, we managed to get an up-close look at the next-generation hatchback which were spotted at local ports.
Recently, we received new photos of the third-generation hatchback onboard a carrier. Based on the pictures provided, it seems the vehicles are already on their way to Suzuki Philippines HQ or to dealerships.

Like the vehicles we saw last month, the hatchback looks bigger than the outgoing generation it will be replacing. We were also able to get a glimpse of the hatchback's redesigned rear. Not only does it have a new set of taillights, but it also comes with a restyled tailgate. If you want to have a better look at the differences between the two vehicles, you can check out our design comparo of the second and third-generation models of the Suzuki Celerio here.
Other specifications about the 2022 Celerio are not yet available. However, a well-placed source indicated that the hatchback will now be sourced from India instead of Thailand. It will most likely come with the five-speed automated manual transmission (AMT) called the Auto Gear Shift (AGS) and will most likely be paired to a 1.0-liter three-cylinder engine dubbed K10C that makes 66 PS and 89 Nm of torque.

Cabin features and amenities that might be available in the PH-spec Celerio include a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment display, 60:40 split-folding rear seats, a height-adjustable driver's seat, and an engine start/stop button.
With the 2022 Manila International Auto Show (MIAS) just a few weeks away, the all-new Suzuki Celerio could officially debut at the World Trade Center next month. For now, we'll keep our eyes peeled for more sightings and details regarding Suzuki's upcoming hatchback.
