Asia Automotive Award 2025 nomination period extended to October 31
The new, final deadline for all submissions and entries has been set for October 31. This move comes in response to numerous requests from major automotive markets across the region.

The organizers of the Asia Automotive Award (AAA) 2025 have officially announced a one-month extension for the submission of nominations, providing manufacturers and industry stakeholders with a final window to participate in the prestigious regional recognition program.
The new, final deadline for all submissions and entries has been set for October 31. This move comes in response to numerous requests from major automotive markets across the region, where companies required additional time to compile the detailed technical and market performance data needed for their nomination dossiers.
The recent spate of natural calamities that have affected many countries in the region has also been cited by organizers as a reason for the extension.
The Asia Automotive Award is one of the most highly anticipated accolades in the regional industry calendar, serving as a critical benchmark for excellence in innovation, design, performance, and sustainability. The 2025 edition aims to highlight vehicles and technological advancements that have significantly impacted the fast-evolving Asian automotive landscape this year.
"We recognize the intense competition and the high standard of excellence the Asian market is currently demonstrating," stated Mr. Por Boon Kuan, Organizing Chairman of Asia Automotive Award 2025. "By extending the deadline to October 31, we are ensuring that every deserving entry—especially those related to new energy vehicles and advanced mobility solutions—has a fair opportunity to be considered. We encourage all manufacturers, distributors, and technology providers to take full advantage of this final extension."

Key categories typically include "Automotive Brands & Manufacturers”, “Electric & Sustainable Mobility”, “Aftermarket & Components”, “Motorsport & Performance”, “Innovation & Technology”, “Customer Service & Experience”, “Design & Lifestyle”, “Marketing & Brand Leadership”, “Corporate Social Responsibility & ESG”, “Dealership & Retail Excellence”, and “Special Recognition & Emerging Leaders”, attracting nominations from both established global giants and innovative local startups. The judging panel comprises influential journalists, analysts, and industry experts from various key Asian territories.
Industry players are strongly advised to utilize the official AAA portal to finalize and submit their nominations before the October 31 cut-off. Failure to meet this newly extended deadline will result in exclusion from the 2025 awards cycle. The final list of nominees is expected to be announced shortly after the deadline, with the gala awards ceremony scheduled for January 17, 2026.
