Two partners from two different families in the Philippine auto industry are set to bring in one of the most coveted brands in automobile history: Aston Martin.

Marc Tagle (the president of Bridgestone Philippines under the Tagle Group) as well as Marc Soong (the Managing Director of the corporate entities that import Jaguar, Land Rover and Ferrari), will join together in a partnership to offer the most iconic of British automotive marques to the country.

According to Marc Tagle himself, the new Aston Martin dealership will be in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, particularly at the W Fifth building. The target opening date is sometime in Q1 2015 with Marc Tagle as Chairman.

The company will be known as Aston Martin Manila.

The entire AM line-up will be on offer from Aston Martin Manila with the DB9, the V8 Vantage, the V12 Vantage, the Vanquish, the Vanquish Volante (convertible) as well as the Rapide.

Tagle told AutoIndustriya.com that the initial line up will consist of “standard-spec” Aston Martin models. There are no official prices yet given the amount of options usually made to bespoke luxury models.
