Children of all ages, this toy is for you. The Lego Certified Store in the Philippines is accepting pre-orders of the first toy in its Lego x Hasbro collaboration, Lego Optimus Prime.

The 1,508-piece toy set stands 13.5 inches tall when in robot Optimus Prime form. Transform it via its 19 articulation points and get the Autobot leader’s tractor body that you see leading the way in the cartoons as they charge towards the Decepticons.

As it is more of a collector’s piece, the legs of Optimus Prime have very limited articulation. It only has hip joints, ankle joints, and a knee swivel. It can turn at the waist but not by much due to the bumper placement in robot mode. It will not bend at the knee, but both arms and neck are fully articulated.

Lego also accessorized the toy with Optimus Prime’s ion blaster gun, the Energon-axe, a pink Energon cube, a jetpack (based on the same unit borrowed from Sideswipe) that can attach to his back, and the Autobot Matrix of Leadership that is conveniently stored in its chest.

It also comes with a display plaque (that shows Optimus Prime’s name in English and Ancient Autobot) and an optional waist panel. Only the Matrix and ion blaster can be stored in truck mode.
