Autostrada Motore, the official importer of Ferrari and Maserati in the Philippines, recently opened its newly renovated service center located at 3904A Quingua Street, Makati City, just few minutes away from the BGC.
“Our work doesn’t end when a client buys a car and drives out of the showroom. We make sure that our clients enjoy every driving experience with different Ferrari and the Maserati model variants. The after sales and service aspects are very important and we are committed to deliver the best in service support to all of our clients,” said Wellington Soong, Chairman and president of Autostrada.
The Ferrari-Maserati Service Center has been renovated according to Ferrari and Maserati’s latest guidelines on equipment, workmanship, and services. The facility boasts of four (4) lifters, two (2) service pits, five (5) open work bays, two (2) clean rooms for the assembly, official diagnostics equipment issued by Ferrari and Maserati, and factory-trained and certified technicians.
Within the 1,000 sqm facility is a lounge area for clients where they can wait while servicing of their cars is being done, office spaces for staff to be able to respond to any inquiry and concerns on-site, as well as training and conference rooms to conduct the web seminars.
With the most exclusive and advanced technology authorized by Ferrari and Maserati, all the work performed at the facility use genuine parts and dedicated diagnostics so that the vehicles are repaired and maintained for maximum performance, reliability and safety.
Ferrari offers a 7-year maintenance service for every vehicle sold since 2010 and a factory power warranty extension for up to 12 years.
Maserati vehicles come with 3-year service maintenance program, and 3-year commercial warranty, which can be extended for up to 5 years.
