Tough and refined
Ford has today unveiled the Ford Everest Concept at the 2014 Bangkok International Motor Show in Thailand, marking the first time that the said concept was shown in ASEAN following the reveal at Sydney last year.
The production model of the next generation Ford Everest will reportedly feature a similar platform to the current Ford Ranger with the 7-seater SUV layout. Expect similar feature and TDCI engines with the Ranger.
Sources have told AutoIndustriya that the concept shown in Sydney and Bangkok are 'very close' to the production model, and that R&D is building verification vehicles to test the Everest around the world. The next generation Everest is set to be launched between August 2014 and May 2015.
