Bentley Bentayga Hybrid has longer EV range, two new trims
Bentayga hybrid powertrains now available in S and Azure trims

Bentley is one luxury auto brand that is pushing electrified versions across its whole model lineup. And as of now, 7 out of Bentley's 14 models are offered with hybrid powertrains.
In the case of Bentley's flagship SUV, the Bentayga, the automaker has introduced updates and improvements to its hybrid versions along with two new trim options – the S and the Azure.

But first, let's talk about the Bentayga's hybrid powerplant which consists of a 3.0-liter turbo V6 engine and a single 100 kW electric motor. It is now paired with a bigger 18.0 kWh battery pack, giving the SUV an extra 3-km range in full electric mode. In addition, the new E-motor delivers 6% more power and 15% more torque. This means the Bentayga hybrid's electric motor now produces 136 PS and 400 Nm of torque.
As for its new variant, let's start with the S, which stands for sporty. This variant effectively opens up a market for Bentayga buyers who want a more aggressive look and sports-oriented performance out of the Bentley SUV.

Meanwhile, the Bentayga Azure is for those who want more luxury, as it is offered with an exclusive diamond-quilted stitch pattern in the SUV's interior upholstery plus 22-way power-adjustable front seats with heating and ventilation functions.

While prices have not been announced yet, the Bentley Bentayga S and Azure hybrid models will be available in the coming months but are subject to regional availability.
