BMW Japan has launched the special edition Z4 sDrive20i GT Spirit to celebrate the success of the BMW Sports Trophy team who had a one-two finish in the Super GT series.
The automaker says that the BMW Z4 sDrive20i GT Spirit will be limited to 60 units and made exclusively for the Japanese market. It will be based on the sDrive20i with the M Sport package.
The exterior of the special edition car has an Alpine White body paint finish infused with a black kidney grill and a 19-inch M lightweight alloy wheels.
Inside, a combination of leather and Alcantara with orange accents dominates the cabin. The interior of the vehicle also features an M-branded door sill plates and aluminium pedals.
Same with the standard version, the BMW Z4 sDrive20i GT Spirit is equipped with a four-cylinder 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engine that delivers 184 PS with 270 Nm of torque. It can go from 0-100 km/h in 6.9 seconds with a top speed of 235 km/h with the optional eight-speed sport-automatic transmission.
BMW says that pricing for the Z4 sDrive20i GT Spirit has not yet been disclosed.
