Take a look at these special edition BMW 5 Series, X3, and Z4 models
The COVID-19 pandemic may have essentially stopped local automakers from holding public launches of new vehicles, but that hasn't stopped brands like BMW Philippines from revealing their latest models virtually.
Apart from launching a new online showroom, the BMW Philippines has just introduced new models to their local lineup. These are the 520i Sport, X3 Xdrive 20d Business, and the Z4 M40i Frozen Edition.
The 520i Sport has gloss black accents added to the exterior and comes in the following colors: Alpine White, Black Sapphire, Glacier Silver, Mediterranean Blue, and Sophisto Grey. While interior features include leather “Dakota” upholstery, Apple CarPlay, and BMW Live Cockpit Plus. Under the hood it comes with a 2.0-liter TwinPower Turbo inline-four that puts out 184 PS with 290 Nm of torque.
As for the X3 xDrive20d Business line, the crossover gets aluminum exterior accents and 19-inch V-spoke style alloy wheels. Color choices are Mineral White, Black Sapphire, Glacier Silver, and Sophisto Grey. It comes with standard interior features like leather “Vernasca” upholstery, Apple CarPlay, and BMW Live Cockpit Plus. Powering this particular X3 is a 2.0-liter TwinPower Turbo four-cylinder diesel which generates 190 PS and 400 Nm of torque.
Last but not least the Z4 M40i Frozen edition, which is limited to only 5 units for sale locally. It comes with a special paint scheme called the Frozen Grey II Individual and a more powerful six-cylinder engine. Instead of producing 340 PS and 500 Nm of torque, the updated TwinPower Turbo inline-six now cranks out 387 PS which is 47 more horsepower than before. Torque remains at 500 Nm, however.
