Asian Carmakers Corporation (ACC), the official importer and distributor of BMW in the Philippines recorded a total sales figure of 722 units in 2014, marking their 12th straight year as the leader in the premium automotive segment. The number also represents an 11% increase in total sales.

Leading BMW Philippines sales was the 3-Series Sedan as the company was able to deliver more than 240 units of the said automobile. Other nameplates that helped BMW achieve their growth in sales were the X1, X3 and X5 Sport Activity Vehicles (SAV).

According to ACC President Maricar Parico, the company not only owes it success to their vehicles, but also to programs that cater to customer satisfaction and ownership engagement like the Product Genius Concept which is aimed to deliver a better product experience and the BMW Xpo that was done by the company to attract new car buyers.

For 2015, ACC is optimistic that the company will be able to garner a double-digit growth as ACC plans to introduce new models like the 2 Series Tourer and the all-new X6 while also improving their dealer network.

“We are aiming to cap the year with a double-digit growth by expanding our product range and amplifying our support for our dealer network in all three regions,” said Parico.
