Changan made its official return to the Philippines last year by bringing in five new models, including an EV.
To give customers the proper support and service, Changan Motor Philippines, Inc. (CMPI) launched its new Changan Vital 5 after-sales program. The new car care program ensures that the vital needs of vehicles will be met, and will help extend their 10-year life span.
The program enumerates the brand's five “Vital Signs” – Changan 5-Year Warranty, Changan Fastlane + ASAP60, 100% Maintenance Parts Availability, Changan Pace-Setter, and CAIA 24/7 Customer Care.
The first Vital Sign is self-explanatory. Customers who purchase a brand new Changan vehicle will automatically include a 5-year/150,000 km warranty whichever comes first. Meanwhile, Vital Sign 2 is the automaker's efficient preventive maintenance service (PMS). With ASAP60, two certified technicians work on the vehicle during PMS and can finish the job in 60 minutes. If it takes longer than 60 minutes, it's free. Changan adds that for the first year, (or first 20,000 km mileage), PMS labor is free as well.
To provide customers with peace of mind and better after-sales service, Changan promises that all maintenance parts will be fully available as part of Vital Sign 3. If the parts aren't available immediately, then customers will get them free of charge. If the vehicle breaks down, Changan will provide free-towing and roadside assistance for free, anywhere in the country. The automaker has also introduced Changan Artificial Intelligence Agent (CAIA), where customers can make an inquiry or schedule an appointment. The CAIA is available 24/7 on the official Facebook page of CMPI.
