What is Nissan hiding under the camo at the 26th Trans Sport Show?
Are you heading over to this year's Trans Sport Show? Well if you happen to drop by the AutoIndustriya.com booth, Nissan has something special for everyone to 'see'.
It's an all-new SUV which is set to make its local debut very soon. In fact, Nissan has been busy of late driving a camouflaged version of the SUV around the Philippines. It has gone up and down the island of Luzon and has even reached picturesque destinations like Mt. Mayon in Bicol and the cobblestone roads of Vigan in Ilocos Sur.
Judging by its size, it looks like Nissan's all-new SUV will go up against the likes of the Chevy Trailblazer, Ford Everest, Isuzu mu-X, Mitsubishi Montero Sport and the Toyota Fortuner. Having said that, this particular vehicle could come with seating for seven, a turbocharged diesel engine, as well as 4WD for some variants.
With Nissan also busy introducing their line of Intelligent Mobility features, the yet-to-be-revealed SUV could also come with high-tech safety kit. These may include the following: 360-degree around-view monitor, reverse camera with rear cross traffic alert, blind-spot sensing and maybe even automatic emergency braking.
Curious to see more of Nissan's mysterious SUV? Check out the AutoIndustriya.com booth at the 26th Trans Sport Show to see for yourself. The show is being held at the SMX Convention Center at the SM Mall of Asia and is open to the public from 10:00 AM until 10:00 PM. The show runs from May 17 – 20, 2018.
