Maserati has just revealed the new Ghibli GranLusso today at the Chengdu Motorshow in China.
The mid-sized saloon gets various rear and front exterior updates along with some very important technological updates that reveal the automaker’s desire to incorporate autonomous driving in future models.
A new front bumper with dedicated chrome inserts, new front grille with chrome bars and full LED adaptive Headlights with glare free Matrix High-Beam highlight the facade of the Ghibli GranLusso while the new rear bumper, is redesigned for a sharper look. This facelift is not only aesthetic as it has improved the aerodynamic efficiency of the vehicle as well.
One of the most highly anticipated feature is the inclusion of Advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) functionalitie. A first for Maserati, it is now also available in the refreshed Ghibli GranLusso.
Still providing grunt is the familiar 3.0-liter bi-turbo V6 that produces 345 PS. When specified with the optional S performance package, engine output is uprated to 404 PS and comes with all-wheel-drive. Power is then sent to a an eight-speed automatic gearbox.
