Dodge has revealed the 2015 Viper American Club Racer (ACR), described as the “fastest street-legal Viper track car ever.”
The 2015 Viper ACR is fitted with blacked-out headlights, an aggressive bumper and a ventilated hood. The rear of the 2015 Viper ACR gets a sporty bumper, distinctive taillights as well as a bespoke exhaust tips. The vehicle is finished off with 19-inch alloy wheels.
Dodge said that the 2015 Viper ACR will be available with an Extreme Aero package that includes a unique SRT hood with removable louvers, detachable extension for the front splitter and four dive planes. In addition, the vehicle gets a large adjustable rear wing as well as a carbon fiber diffuser.
The interior of the 2015 Viper ACR comes with lightweight carpets, a three-spoke steering wheel and manual seats. It also has Alcantara hand-crafted interior features and carbon fiber trim.
Under the hood, the 2015 Viper ACR is equipped with a 8.4-liter V10 engine that delivers 654 PS and 813 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed manual gearbox.
The 2015 Viper ACR will enter production in the third quarter of 2015.
