New Chery Philippine distributor offers a worry-free ownership experience
Chery Auto Philippines is giving car buyers some peace of mind when they buy any Chery Tiggo model or variant.
Besides giving new owners with a 5-year/150,000 km factory warranty, and a 10-year/1-million kilometer engine warranty, Chery is also providing a worry-free ownership experience for the first three years through its preventive maintenance service, all free of charge.
The free services include the replacement of oil, air, and fuel filters, brake fluid, transmission oil, and a complete checkup of the car's engine, suspension, transmission, and the like. In addition, owners are only required to bring in their vehicles to the service centers only twice a year (or every 10,000 km), lessening the downtime required for PMS.
The company also introduced the 'Chery Auto Parts Guarantee'. This was done in order to ensure that there is an adequate supply of parts and that these parts can be easily distributed and be given to customers quickly. These include PMS and fast-moving components, as well as collision panels.
