Chery Auto Philippines wants to give new Tiggo owners some peace of mind when it comes to car ownership. Called the Chery Premium Preserv, the new program aims to remove any worries or concerns about purchasing a brand new Chery by offering exclusive warranties and after-sales services.
Central to the Premium Preserv Program is the “10-5-3-3” protection. It starts with the brand's industry-leading 10-year/1-million km engine warranty and the generous 5-year/150,000 km general warranty.
It is then followed by the company's 3-year free preventive maintenance service (PMS). Not only does this cover oil changes, but it also includes a comprehensive maintenance service including replacement of oil filter, air filter, fuel filter, brake fluid, and transmission oil. The package also includes a complete check-up and scan of the engine, transmission, suspension, brakes, and electronics.
According to Chery, the 3-year free PMS program will allow Tiggo owners to save as much as PHP 50,000 in vehicle maintenance costs.
Last but not least is Chery's 3-year free roadside assistance. This includes minor onsite repairs, emergency towing assistance, and even crane services when needed. Other unique features that are part of this assistance are Roadside Emergency Tracker Assistance, Cashless Fully Indemnified Coverage, Rapid Response Team, hotel accommodation, directory assistance (LTO, MMDA, PNP, legal), hospital and ambulance assistance in key cities, as well as traffic information and road condition updates in Metro Manila.
Aside from giving customers the “10-5-3-3” protection, the Chery Premium Preserv program also consists of the brand's EC Mobile Service Program. This lets customers have their vehicles serviced in the comfort and safety of their homes. The mobile service can perform PMS, troubleshooting and diagnosis, jumpstarting, battery testing, minor electrical/mechanical repairs, and even emergency repairs.
Other key programs that are part of the Premium Preserv program are the Chery Parts Guarantee and the Chery Auto PH Mobile App. The former was the result of the company investing in spare parts inventory and supply. This assures the availability of PMS parts, fast-moving components, and collision panels for the current Tiggo model range. The latter, meanwhile, allows customers to book services for maintenance and repairs, schedule EC Mobile visits, and buying/reserving Chery parts and accessories with just a few taps on the phone.
