Ford Philippines celebrated a milestone with the re-opening of its EDSA showroom. The company's first official dealership in the country also celebrates its 20th anniversary.

“This dealership offers so much Ford history in the Philippines, and is a testament of Ford’s ongoing commitment to the Filipino people to provide a truly unmatched customer experience. It’s an honor for me to celebrate with our dealer partners on such an exciting day,” said Mark Kaufman, president of Ford ASEAN.

The new dealership now consists of three floors, covering an area of 3,000 square meters. It boastsof a two-floor, 14-vehicle showroom and a 24-bay service area. Inside, the showroom has high-speed WiFi internet connectivity and entertainment lounges for the convenience of customers while visiting the dealership.

The new service bays are equipped with the latest tools and technologies which, Ford Philippines says, “allows service teams to deliver world-class service”. The company also says that its service teams and technicians are engaged in continuous training that will keep them updated on Ford’s latest technologies and standards. 

“The re-opening of Ford EDSAvalidates how much Filipinos have embraced the Ford brand over the last two decades, and this will drive us to go even further in ensuring we deliver a consistent and world-class customer and ownership experience in all our dealerships,” said Kay Hart, managing director, Ford Philippines.
