Ford Philippines ranks number 1 among 10 brands in the 2013 J.D. Power Asia Pacific Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) Study in the Philippines. In the conducted study, Ford received high merits in delivery process, delivery timing, paperwork, deal, and dealer facility.
In line with its ongoing product-led transformation, Ford is expanding its network and has already established 33 dealerships nationwide. Within the last 12 months, Ford has opened in Cainta, Bohol, Butuan, General Santos, Ilocos Norte, Isabela, Makati, Manila Bay, Naga and Tarlac. By the end of 2013, the company still aims to establish its 34th dealership, Ford Zamboanga.
Currently, Ford Philippines offers 9 vehicles in the country. The selection includes the Mustang, Focus, Everest, Explorer, and the Ranger.
“We’re proud of our number one ranking in JD Power’s SSI survey, which helps to underscore the progress we are making to deliver an unmatched customer service and ownership experience. This experience begins the moment a future customer walks through the door of any of our nationwide Ford dealerships,” said Ford Philippines Managing Director Kay Hart.
