Ford has rolled off their five millionth vehicle with an EcoBoost engine at the company's assembly plant in Wayne, Michigan.
The American automaker's five millionth vehicle with an EcoBoost engine is a 1.0-liter Ford Focus that generates 125 PS and 167 Nm of torque.
The first EcoBoost engine was launched in the Taurus SHO last 2009. That year, Ford said 14,439 EcoBoost engines were manufactured. As of now, the company produces more than 200,000 EcoBoost engines per month worldwide.
