Together with the return of the iconic Bronco name, Ford also announced another new SUV will be making its debut. For now, the  yet-to-be-named vehicle is simply called the 'Off-Road Small Utility'. Despite having no name, the brand has released a teaser photo of the upcoming off-roader.

The preview of the Off-Road Small Utility shows a design that is unlike any found on Ford's current model line up. That said, it is possible that it could be a concept vehicle, previewing a production model slated for 2020 together with the Bronco. Going into the details, it features a large one-piece grill which houses the Ford badge and headlights. To give it a tougher look, there are black body cladding, a roof rack, and plenty of wheel gap.

With regards to its size, Ford has only said that it is small. As for how small, one can only assume as Ford has not disclosed which segment the vehicle will be placed. Currently, the brand's smallest vehicle in the SUV-crossover lineup is the EcoSport. Given that the Bronco could possibly use a modified Ranger platform, it is likely the unnamed off-roader will be smaller than the Bronco.

For now, no one really knows for anything for certain about the mystery small off-roader. Ford has only said that it is 'designed to win a growing number of people who love getting away and spending time outdoors with their families and friends', leaving much space for speculation.
