With the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) still in effect, most shops and establishments are still closed (except for essential businesses like grocery stores, drug stores, and select restaurants). In light of this, Foton Philippines wishes to give its customers a helping hand, as well as some peace of mind.
“In this difficult time, what we want for our customers is for them to worry less. We are continuously launching programs that would provide our valued clients an easy and convenient ownership experience,” said Rommel Sytin, president of Foton Philippines.
Beginning with vehicle warranties, Foton stated that customers with expiring warranties during the quarantine period will be given until June 30, 2020, to have it availed. The extension also covers customers that have already scheduled their preventive maintenance service (PMS).
As for auto loan payment concerns, Foton Philippines' bank partners (BDO, BPI-FB, Chinabank, Eastwest Bank, Maybank, PS Bank, RCBC, UCPB, and Security Bank) have given grace periods for its customers as well. The company also advised those with pending payments to visit their banks' websites or contact customer support for more information regarding the payment extension.
“This won’t be possible without the consideration and generosity of our bank partners. “They are also the reasons why our clients choose our brand: because they take care of our clients as much as they care for the brand,” added Sytin.
Sytin also reassured their customers that despite the temporary closure of the dealerships, customers and potential buyers can contact their hotline at 0999-999-9998 or visit www.foton.com.ph for any concerns and inquiries.
“We are here. We believe and hope that just like the challenges the nation has experienced before, this will also be something that the Filipinos will be able to overcome,” mentioned Sytin.
