New images of the Suzuki Baleno reveal styling direction of the brand
The soon-to-be-launched Suzuki Baleno returns in new images after the company recently released additional photos of the hatchback.
We now get to see a better view of the front fascia and side profile of the Baleno which draws styling cues from its original concept, the iK-2. It has a stylish yet clean front end which is comprised of angular headlights, black grill with chrome trim, foglights and a shapely front bumper.
Over to the side, it has a sloped roofline, a curvaceous beltline, well-defined wheel arches, roof-mounted spoiler and alloy wheels.
At the time of writing, no interior details were given but the company did say that the Baleno will be spacious along with a generous amount of luggage capacity.
As a review, it will be driven by a new 1.0-liter turbocharged Boosterjet engine that also benefits from direct injection. Power output has yet to be revealed however.
It is scheduled to have its global debut on September 15 at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.
