SGAP officially opens Geely Manila to Manilenos

It seems there's no stopping Geely from further expanding its market presence in the country.

Following the opening of Geely Aseana and Angeles, as well as the groundbreaking of Geely Fairview last July, Sojitz G Auto Philippines (SGAP), the official distributor of Geely in the country, has now opened its newest dealership in Metro Manila.

Officially open for business is Geely Manila. Nestled in Paco, Manila, Geely's newest dealership is owned and operated by the company's dealer partner, Yuchengco Group's House of Investments (HOI). Lorenzo Tan, president, and CEO of HOI said that the opening of Geely Manila is significant to the company.

“This event holds significance as it will be our first dealership undertaking despite the ongoing Covid pandemic. Almost 3 decades after we have refocused and strengthened our car business. We are adding to our portfolio by building a very modern Geely dealership to service more Filipino customers,” said Tan.

Meanwhile, Yosuke Nishi, president, and CEO of SGAP welcomed HOI into the Geely family with open arms despite the trying times.

“Operating and keeping businesses afloat have become a struggle since the past year. We are grateful for our partners who continue to trust and invest in us amid this challenging time,” said Nishi.

Geely Manila sits on a 1,697 square meter lot and has a five-car showroom display. It also has six service bays that can cater to the Coolray, Azkarra, and Okavango.

Geely's newest dealership is located at 1502 Paz Guazon Street, Paco, Manila, and is open Mondays – Saturdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
