Geely is on a roll these days, and they're also expanding their horizons in the Philippines. They are making their presence more felt in the country with another new dealership. This time around, it's way down south. Geely General Santos opens its doors to the public and serves as the second showroom in Mindanao.

This Geely dealership in SOCCSKARGEN is owned and managed by Sojitz G Auto Philippines’ (SGAP) partner dealer Angcore Motor Group. “Our partnership with Angcore Motor Group is another step forward in Geely Philippines’ bid to expand its dealer network throughout the country. I would like to welcome the Angcore Motor Group to Geely’s growing family,” said Mikihisa Takayama, president, and CEO of SGAP.

“As Geely started to get noticed and make headlines last year with its sales performance and good market reception, I believe this year would be better for the brand.  We are pleased to be part of Geely’s expansion in the country,” adds Angcore Motor Group president, Tobi Ang. The new dealership is open from Monday to Saturday. Doors open at 8:00 AM and close at 6:00 PM.

With the addition of General Santos, Geely now has seven dealers nationwide. The other dealerships in the country are North Edsa, Quezon Avenue, Cagayan de Oro, Lipa, Zamboanga, and Imus. But Geely isn't slowing down their expansion plans this year. According to the company, there are 21 more dealerships that will rise before the year ends.

Not only that, but Geely Philippines will also introduce more models throughout the year. Recently, they announced that one of the cars coming soon is a sedan. So far, there are three candidates, namely the Binrui, the Borui GE, and the Preface. The current Geely range consists of the Coolray, Azkarra, and their latest model, the Okavango.
