Lexus wasted no time introducing the latest iteration of the flagship sedan after the LS 500 featuring a twin-turbo 3.5-liter V6 gasoline engine made it global debut at this year's Detroit Auto Show.

On March 7, 2017, the luxury automaker will, for the first time, take the covers off the all-new 2017 Lexus LS 500h in a redesigned Lexus stand that will give visitors an immersive experience.

It is not clear yet as to what powertrain will be used in the LS 500h, but it is highly likely that it will be the 3.5-liter V6 hybrid found in the LC 500h. In the new flagship coupe, the hybrid V6 is capable of delivering a total system output of 359 PS at 6600 rpm and 348 Nm of torque at 4900 rpm. The transmission used is a 4-speed automatic that is mounted on the rear of the hybrid transmission.

Lexus will also debut a new global communication strategy and tagline―Experience Amazing.

While the 2017 RC F GT3 racing car makes it European debut, visitors may other see Lexus models on display like the LC, the RC, the RC F and the RX and NX ranges.
