Chevrolet TH gives Colorado High Country to loyal customer

In celebration of General Motors' (GM) 500 million vehicles milestone, the American automaker has expressed its appreciation by giving new GM-branded vehicles to lucky customers.

In line with this, Chevrolet Thailand gave a Colorado High Country to loyal customer Mr. Khwankoom, a farmer from Phichit Province. Chevrolet said that Khwankoom was chosen from a number of video entries from Chevy Plus members of Thailand.

During the Rayong event, GM emphasized the important role that customers have played in achieving the company's produciton milestone.

GM Executive Vice President and President of GM International Stefan Jacoby said that the company's production milestone isn't about GM's manufacturing prowess.

“This celebration isn’t about GM’s manufacturing prowess. It is really about our customers and the positive experiences they’ve had with Chevrolet and other GM-branded vehicles around the world,” Jacoby said.

Mr. Khwankoom is one of the five customers worldwide to be given a GM-branded vehicle as part of the company's regional celebrations held in Kansas, USA; Ruesselsheim, Germany; Sao Paulo, Brazil; Shanghai, China and Rayong, Thailand.

However, the company still did not reveal the 500-millionth vehicle during the celebration.
