Goodyear Philippines has just announced that their tire retailing business, Goodyear Autocare, has just been hailed by Reader's Digest for its customer service. Goodyear Autocare received the Gold at the 2021 Reader's Digest Quality Service Awards under the tire retailer category.

The award was presented by Reader's Digest and is based on how clients evaluate the customer service experience of different businesses in the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia. This isn't the first time that Goodyear Autocare was praised for its service; in 2020 the company received the Silver award.
Goodyear Autocare has an expansive network of more than 100 dealerships all around the country, offering a variety of automotive services for customers from tire replacement and maintenance checks, and other services. Due to the pandemic, Goodyear Autocare has been working on a zero-contact policy to adapt to the new normal in order to keep customers and their associates safe.
