Due to rehabilitation works, EDSA Flyover along Roxas Blvd is closed to motorists

Motorists who frequently take Roxas Boulevard will have to find alternate routes that take the EDSA Flyover.

That's because the said flyover is closed to motorists until November 12, 2023, as the Department of Public Works & Highways (DPWH) is currently conducting rehabilitation works on the infrastructure.

As a result, the Traffic & Parking Management Office of Paranaque City has advised motorists to take the service roads on either side of the EDSA Flyover. Unfortunately, this has caused a bottleneck situation on the service roads which has been causing traffic buildup in the area since yesterday.

In light of this, the TPMO of Paranaque City has also suggested that motorists who need to get to their destinations may also take Macapagal Boulevard and/or Diokno Boulevard.

With the EDSA Flyover serving as an important link for motorists heading to and from Pasay, Paranaque, Cavite, and Manila, road users are strongly urged to avoid the area in order to not get stuck in heavy traffic.
