Ever thought about stuffing a supercharged V8 in the all-new Jeep Gladiator and taking it off-road? Worry no more as the guys over at Hennessey have already done that and it can be yours.

Say hello to the Maximus 1000, a beast of a Gladiator that comes with a supercharged 6.2-liter Hellcat V8, a taller ride height, and a meaner look.

“We wanted to create the ultimate Jeep Gladiator. Maximus 1000 – the name says exactly what it is: Badassery on 4-wheels,” said John Hennessey, president and founder of Hennessey Performance.

Don't think that this Jeep only comes with the factory 700+ horsepower from the Hellcat. Hennessey was busy giving it more horses under the hood by slapping on the HPE1000 engine upgrade. The motor is then paired to an upgraded ECU, wiring harness, radiator and fuel system, along with a stainless steel exhaust system. The result is a supercharged V8 that cranks out 1,000 PS and over 1,260 Nm of pulling power.

Aside from the bevy of mechanical upgrades, Hennessey also fitted the Maximus 1000 with the following: upgraded suspenion with a six-inch lift, 20-inch alloy wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich off-road tires, LED headlights, and bespoke front and rear bumpers. Inside, Hennessey also put ina custom leather interior complete with embroidered seats that bear the tuner's namesake.

Thinking about getting one for yourself? Better act fast as Hennessey will only be making 24 examples of this beast. Each one will have a sticker price of $200,000 (about Php 10.440 million) and that already includes the base Jeep Gladiator. Production of the Maximus 1000 will begin in July, with each build lasting approximately four months.

“Our clients want exclusive, extreme vehicles that deliver a fun and exciting driving experience both on and off-road. Win the crowd and you’ll win your freedom was the advice that the elder gladiator gave to Russell Crow in the Gladiator movie. We could not agree more,” added Hennessey.
