Aston Martin and Henrik Fisker settle copyright infringement lawsuit
Henrik Fisker's plan to put the Thunderbolt concept into 'extremely limited production' comes to a halt as both Aston Martin and the automotive designer have confirmed that the concept vehicle will not be sold in limited numbers.
This comes after a report wherein the British automaker filed a lawsuit against their former designer, Henrik Fisker, for allegedly converting the DB9-based sports car into a Vanquish "copy" without their consent.
Both parties have settled their disputes and have agreed with the following: production of the Thunderbolth concept will not commence and Aston Martin will withdraw the lawsuit.
Moreover, both parties will not comment any further about the matter and only stated that there were only some apparent misunderstandings and that everything has been 'amicably resolved'.
