Here are the prices for Mitsubishi Montero Sport GLX MT, GT 4WD
You now have more variants to choose from in the 2020 Mitsubishi Montero Sport with the addition of GLX M/T and GT 4WD

When Mitsubishi Motors Philippines first launched the updated Montero Sport, there were only two versions to choose from. It started off with the GLS 2WD and GT 2WD. Months have passed and now, they have added two new variants.
New this year are the base GLX with a manual transmission and the new range-topper, the GT 4WD. These latest additions to the Montero Sport range completes this SUV’s line-up.

Starting with the GLX, it is equipped with the aforementioned manual transmission with six gears. From the outside, it looks largely similar to the GLS model right down to the wheels. The major differences, aside from the transmission, are on the inside.
The Montero Sport GLX loses a pair of speakers leaving it with four in total. It also ditches the built-in TomTom navigation system in favor of a simpler touchscreen audio head unit. Speaking of simpler arrangements, the GLX variant has a convention handbrake instead of the electronic parking brake system on models equipped with automatic transmissions.

At the opposite end of the spectrum is the GT 4WD. On top of the equipment you get in the GT 2WD, this top-spec Montero Sport gains a knee airbag bringing the airbag count to seven. Then there’s the remote control app exclusive to this variant, which allows you to lock your doors and control the tailgate of your Montero Sport from your smartphone. Another feature exclusive to the GT is a sunroof, as well as rain-sensing wipers.
The 4x4 system, on the other hand, is Mitsubishi’s Super Select II with center differential lock for more capability and traction off-road. It can be set to 2WD High (2H), 4WD High (4H), 4WD High with locked differential (4HLC), and 4WD Low with locked differential (4LLC). Not only that, the 4WD version has off-road mode traction control which has four modes: Gravel, Mud, Sand, and Rock.
All variants of the Montero Sport are powered by the 2.4-liter MIVEC turbodiesel that makes 181 PS and 430 Nm of torque.
Prices for these new variants are as follows:
Montero Sport GLX M/T: Php 1,565,000
Montero Sport GT 4WD: Php 2,450,000
