Heads up to all Honda owners and shoppers. The Honda Cars dealership in Bonifacio Global City will officially cease operations starting July 1, 2021. So if you have your vehicles constantly serviced in the said Honda BGC, it's time to find another dealership.

We're surprised about the sudden closure too since it's been operating for the past 14 years. For those not familiar, Honda Cars BGC officially opened its doors back in 2007 and is operated by AC Motors, a subsidiary of Ayala Corporation. The two-story dealership was strategically located along 28th Street corner 9th Avenue, the heart of BGC's business district, making it perfect for those living and working in the area. At one point, the dealership even offered overnight servicing

With Honda BGC closing in a few days, customers may schedule an appointment for services and more at other Honda dealerships operated by AC Motors. These are Honda Cars Makati, Honda Cars Pasig, Honda Cars Alabang, Honda Cars Shaw, and Honda Cars Manila Bay.

The announcement of the dealership's closure was made on the official Honda Cars Global City Facebook page. No details were revealed as to why they are suddenly closing shop. This isn't the first time Honda dealerships would be closing in the country, either. Last year, several Honda dealerships in Metro Manila also ceased operations. However, those dealerships were operated by the Yuchengco group.

We have since reached out to Honda Cars Philippines for a statement regarding Honda Cars BGC's closure and will update this article accordingly.
