Honda's compact MPV gets a minor update for 2016 after Honda Indonesia recently revealed the refreshed Mobilio.
The exterior pretty much remains the same, though non-RS variants now sport new 15-inch alloy wheels.
Inside, is where most of the changes have been done. Starting with the dashboard, it now adopts a City-like design. Gone are the circular aircon vents as they have been replaced by more traditional rectangular vents.
High-grade models of the updated Moblio also get a new touchscreen-infotainment system along with a touch panel climate control system. The former replaces the 1-DIN audio head unit while the latter does away with the standard rotary aircon controls. The instrument binnacle was also revamped for 2016, featuring a simpler finish instead of the 3-pod design.
Overall, the 2016 Mobilio's interior appears to take styling cues from the upcoming BR-V crossover.
In terms of power, the updated Moblilio is still powered by the same 1.5-liter SOHC inline-four that puts out 120 PS and 145 Nm of torque. Transmissions available include a 5-speed manual and a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).
Safety-wise, it gets dual SRS front airbags and anti-lock brakes (ABS) with electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD).
