After teasing us earlier this month, Infinity has released the first official photo of the QX30 concept that is set to debut at the 2015 Geneva International Motor Show next month.

As previously reported, the QX30 concept was based on the Q30 that was first previewed during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. Infiniti says the QX30 concept was designed to attract customers who live an “urban week and get-away weekend lifestyle.”

Based on the photo, the concept features a rugged design along with sharp character lines and “deep upward cuts” that presents Infiniti's “dual wave” effect. It also has a two-tone exterior paint, a roof bar, distinctive taillights, a roof-mounted spoiler as well as an agrresive bumper that is integrated with a tough skid plate and twin exhaust pipes. The QX30 concept is finished off with 21-inch aluminum wheels.

However, Infiniti remains secretive in handing out the interior and powertrain details of the concept. The QX30 concept will make its full debut on March 3 during the automaker's press conference at the 2015 Geneva International Motor Show.
