Earlier this January, TOM'S Racing revealed their fully built Toyota GR Supra, which is being sold as a complete car, mind you, at the 2020 Tokyo Auto Salon. It featured an aggressive widebody kit which may not be for everyone's taste.

This time around, the tuning house has toned it down a bit after the show. The aftermarket company has turned their attention to Toyota's luxury brand Lexus. They have revealed their new styling kit for the Lexus ES, and it's nothing like what they did for the Supra.

Unlike the complete TOM'S Supra, the TOM'S kit for the Lexus ES is composed only of a 3-piece setup. Included in the kit are a new front lip, side skirt extensions, and a rear diffuser. Though the kit is rather straightforward, it does give the ES sedan a more aggressive and sportier look. With the front lip installed, it adds an additional 40mm to the stock bumper. Meanwhile, ground clearance is reduced by 13mm. Meanwhile, the side skirts and rear lip drop ground clearance by 20mm and 15mm, respectively. So if you’re planning to rock this kit on your ES, better be careful when driving it. Though it wasn’t mentioned, the ES demo car is riding on a larger set of TOM'S wheels.

TOM'S kits and parts usually cost an arm and a leg. Fortunately, the kit for the ES is quite "affordable"; they even offer it unpainted to save on money. The front lip costs ¥ 90,000 (Php 42,000) painted and ¥ 70,000 (Php 32,500) unpainted. The side skirt is the priciest bit priced at ¥ 110,000 (Php 51,100) painted, ¥ 90,000 (Php 42,000) unpainted. Meanwhile, the rear diffuser is ¥ 90,000 (Php 42,000) painted and ¥ 70,000 (Php 32,500) unpainted.

Interestingly, the TOM'S kit is only offered on the sportier ES F Sport variant which features the sportier front and rear bumpers, side skirt, ducktail, and mesh grill. Currently, Lexus Philippines offers the ES in only one variant, and it isn’t the F-Sport trim. As such, if you want to fit this kit onto your vehicle, you might have to order a complete set of F-Sport panels as well.
